I think they are meant to put on to play the game in place of the typical (boring) controller of yesterday year. NOW the gamer has to actually run in place or on some fancy articulating floor while being held up by a safety harness (I went pretty deep with the details huh). All while somehow pressing the buttons on the back of the shoes. Momma never said it was gonna be easy…….. 😂 LOL
