Your better off with the better frame because the parts on either bike will get replaced regardless.

From what I can see, the HX-Pro appears to be the better deal.
The HX-Pro:
-$50+ cheaper-Appears to have higher quality cranks
-2-piece spider/chainring assembly (the Enigma is only 1-piece)
-Double wall rims (the Enigma only has single-wall rims per Amazon)

The only thing better on the Enigma appears to be the frame. Otherwise, the HX-Pro is the better buy.

They are close but this one is a little higher end on the frame design. Parts are pretty much the same.
