Mongoose refuses to do anything accept offer a $20 credit or I can send back the bike. Obviously I’m beat if I send it back being they’re sold out so waiting for this release and purchasing it within the first 10 minutes of sales now i received a broken bike and damaged box. Customer service is a joke there. Not going to send it back so they can rebox it and sell it for full price. Told them to keep their money, their bikes are junk anyway. Made overseas junk. Won’t even send me a replacement box instead of the $20 employees are friendly but won’t help. Horrible business

Rite from the get go this powerhouse had a hold on our beloved lifestyle like few could and will ever have so I gotta give mad props where mad props are do,LOL. Each and every model in this release of theirs was and is a heavy hitter. They took the best of their classics and did what I think they should’ve done two years ago by making them available to not just collectors but a new breed of riders capable of drawing every drop of possibility from one of these rigs and make them do things the original designers never thought possible. It’s just cool man. I’m also extremely impressed by the parts list on them, very nice attention to the details.]]> I’ve been holding out with my perspective on Mongoose’s release of all these models. My reasoning is fairness, meaning I wasn’t the biggest Goose fan growing up and my experience on one is slim to none so basically…..I got nothin‼️ That said, NOBODY can deny the impact MONGOOSE has had on BMX since its inception.
