I love meeting people who are as enthusiastic about life as I am. I would love to share any story with you when your ready. I try to put a little story into each one of my posts or comments of the bikes of the day to include mentioning what so many brands mean to me and how these brands shaped my frame component choice & representation during my upbringing here in sunny NC! For Example: I have a 20″ KINK Mudrunner, that I haven’t posted yet, that is a dedication to Chris Doyle of S&M bicycles. That BMX trail/street bike is one of my personal favorites!

So (and this goes for EVERYBODY out there), if you ever got something good to say about a person or you’ve been thinking of giving someone a shout out because they deserve one……… then by all means, please do so, give that person the shout out they deserve on the most relevant article on here and show them the respect they deserve. At the excitement of putting up one of my favorite riders DJ frames I was so stupid to I spell his name wrong. Please belay my last….
Leigh Ramsdell is the team manager for @mongoosebicycles and is the greatest supporter for anything we do here in sunny NC. This dude rides the same track in Raleigh, NC that I love so much @ccbmx.org. I hope to race him on my Mongoose “Fireball” DJ soon now that @usabmx allows the 26″ class now. I’m sure his Mongoose is top notch and I’ll be sure to get pictures of Mr. Ramsdell’s when I do see him. Again, Leigh Ramsdell is the man’s name. Sh.., I felt compelled to post this out of NC respect!

This rig right HEEERE looks like it’s down for an AGGRESSION SESSION at the flip of a dime. DJ’rs are looking a bit tougher nowadays and and this one is no exception. In fact, I’d say she’s looking mean. Even with BOX as a sponsor I see there is still a nice & wide verity of component brands on this assembly and that’s got me digging it that much more. This bike is slammin – beautifully done Roy 🤙🏼

I meant to mention that the blue DJ rear disc-compatible KORE wheel came from Leigh Ramsdale as well. I’m so proud of this build and my Fireball is proudly ridden at Anderson Creek DJ Park in Spring Lake NC, San Lee Bike Park in Sanford NC, & I also extend my Box Two seat post when I ride the Cape Fear River trail for leisure therapy rides. My small business efforts, via Tanbark Racing, coordinates & helps any Veteran relieve stress through bicycle therapy rides to include myself.
