I do not like the chain tensioner nor the others on the market that work similarly. It creates drag on the chain. More wear and tear on the part and something else to break or deal with maintenance wise. Kind of looks like it belongs in a big box store as a &#8220;high end&#8221; kids entry level race bike. I never see bargain race bikes in those stores. Just the same old &#8220;Freestyle&#8221; bikes with jazzy paint schemes that weigh 40 lbs.</p>
