Swiss watchmaker MB&F linked up with Swiss high-end clock manufacturer L’Epée Clocks to create the Melchior Robot Clock and it looks pretty dope! This piece is constructed with with over 480 parts and it’s offered in either a Light edition of monochromatic steel or Light & Dark two-tone steel and brass edition. Other features include a 40-day power reserve, sweeping minutes, jumping hours and double retrograde second indicators in place of its eyes.
For those of you who like their high priced robot toys to have articulating limbs, this robot’s arms can move in many positions and the left arm has a detachable Gatling gun that also serves as the wind function for movement and it also adjust the clocks settings. The head is encased in a glass dome which exposes all the the inner workings of the clock regulator which is in the location of its brain….Details, Details, Details, ya’ll!!
