Today’s bike of the day comes from Rick Trimmer. He built up a sick polished 2019 Daylight Pro XL 24″ BMX cruiser. The minute we saw this build on our FB feed we had to feature it.

“I built a cruiser to race. Got Fancy and put a Disc brake on it which it was not made for. Blew out a dropout, and that’s how I came into the market for a new cruiser frame. That’s when this beauty landed in my lap. Frame used. Forks used. Cranks used. This guy Jeffery Gibson has an affinity with polishing BMX frames. I needed a frame and he was selling the Daylight to go into another project.” ~Rick Trimmer
This is sweet.
I love my cruiser but the one thing it’s missing is a disc brake mount. The frame is a one-off so I’d never mod it. Maybe I need two cruisers…
