Work Out And Ride – BMX Cross Training Is The Best Exercise.

My favorite way to train for BMX racing is to work out and ride. So I took the Sugar Cayne Newbridge 26in out for some exercise laps at Long Beach Boardwalk. Actually, this was more of a casual workout but it felt good to practice some manuals, sprints, push ups and sit ups.

I do a loose routine of riding the whole boardwalk which is a little over 2miles. And when I get to the end, I do a set of exercises then ride back to the other side and do it again. It’s fun.
