So I was scrolling through Bandcamp checking out Hip Hop instrumentals and came across this joint by The Crates Motel. It’s called “School Tie” and it’s a dope, funky boom bap gem with a sample that sounds like it came straight out the 70’s. This joint is driven by melodic thick bass and break beat. The rest of it is a little e.piano and sound fx’s. It was all the ingredients needed to make this banger.
“School Tie” is featured on The Crates Motel’s instrumental “Beat Tape 01” and it’s full of fire joints!! You should definitely check it out if you love real, organic Hip Hop beats.
