The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Clueless” kicks are inspired by the movie Clueless. It’s a women’s exclusive sneaker that pays tribute to Alicia Silverstone’s yellow plaid outfit from the 1995 film and it looks pretty fresh. The upper is done in a bold plaid textile featuring yellow, black and white colors. Those colors directly reference Cher Horowitz’s signature look.
A black leather Swoosh overlays the plaid patterned base, the black laces, tongue, and lining are a dope contrast to all the yellow. The Metallic AF1 lace dubraes add a low key bling style to the kicks and of course the classic Nike Air branding appears on the tongue, insole and heel tab.
I think these kicks are pretty dope and if they didn’t have the Clueless reference, I would’ve been down to get em. It would’ve been cool to take some in action photos on the bike with these on. Especially since they pretty much match the color of my bike. But unfortunately, they’re not and they don’t come in men sizes. I think Nike could do a series of this style in different colors without the association to Clueless of course lol!
