Can I Keep Up With Roadies On A BMX Bike?

During my ride around Central Park, a fast group of roadies came flying past me. You know I had to try to keep up with them as long as I could on my BMX bike. They were as cool group of roadies. I was hyped that they were pushing me to keep up. I need to do that more often.
