So the first panel we checked out at the A3C HipHop Festival was the Jermaine Dupri & James Andrews “Overlap: Music & Technology”. It was pretty informative even though we already knew about 99% of what they were talking about. JD also talked about his social website Global14.com and why it’s successful. I think it was dope that JD came through to do the panel at A3C and I’m sure there were folks in the audience that are new to the industry or who needed to hear what JD and James had to say about Music & Tech but I really wanted to hear some more inside info, more direct advice, etc.
Next we checked out the EDU Launch Mixer which was real cool! I got to meet Locksmith and DJ Maseo from De La Soul and the views from the 25th floor at the Melia Hotel were really dope! Below is my photo gallery from the events.
