I have many bikes and they all have their place in my life & have different functions. My bikes are like a gym, some are for cardio and others are for core strength in various ways, but my Fat Boy A1 24″ Cruiser is like the “bench press”. Riding BMX is pure muscle. Standing & cranking on my big BMX bike works me out like no other bike I have. If someone wants to get strong they need to ride BMX.
