Secretly Canadian x Vans Collaborate On Sk8-Hi To Fight Homelessness

Vans linked up with the record label Secretly Canadian for a special collaboration In an effort to aid homelessness. The music company’s hometown of Bloomington, Indiana, has a bad homlessness problem and it has aligned with Vans to create a Vans Sk8-Hi collaboration to raise awareness and funds.

The sneakers feature a clean white canvas and blue sun and moon artwork inspired by the lyrics from Jason Molina’s “Farewell Transmission.” The heels feature the text “Every Light On This” on the left shoe and “Side Of Town” on the right as a to nod to the track’s opening verse.

Net proceeds from the launch will go towards Secretly Canadian’s $250,000 fundraising goal for New Hope For FamiliesSolutions for children and families impacted by homelessness in Bloomington, Indiana
