Anthony Panza and Blackman AKA “Hood Happy” put on an epic BMX Jam at the newly reopened Brooklyn Banks! The legendary BMX and skate spot in downtown Manhattan has been closed for nearly a decade but it opened back up this year. It’s also been about 8 years since there was a BMX jam at the banks, so everyone was amped to be back shredding at the spot!
There was a $2000 purse that was given out bit by bit to riders who were doing the best tricks during the event. Jam sessions were had on the huge bank to rail or wall, the bank over a rail and a the two step rail sections. Then there was the epic long jump jam session that was insane! That long jump jam was definitely one for the history books! I’m so glad I was able to make it out to the Jam and get some footage of all the craziness!
