BMX Workout Session at Eisenhower Park Long Island. Who Needs A Gym!

One of the great things about BMX is you can get a full body workout by doing some simple tricks in repetition. On this ride I take the Eisenhower Park bike path and practice sprints and manuals to work out my cardio, legs, back and balance. Then I did some pretty basic tricks like bunny hops and tail taps to work out my upper body. I think I’m gonna do more out of the box training techniques. It’s a fun way to stay fit or get in shape while still having a lotta fun. Let me know what you think.
