Crazy Al Cayne
I took a few different routes on this ride from Queens to Manhattan. My bike of choice for this ride was the Sugar Cayne Newbridge Prototype 27.5 and it was fun. When I was on the greenway to Flushing Meadow Park I took a little detour and rode around the other side of the lake in Kissena Park which was really scenic.
Then my normal route through Flushing Meadow Park was blocked because of the US Open so I rode across to the other side of the park where the Zoo and Hall Of Science are. Another thing I did different was take Northern Boulevard from 108th street instead of 34th ave. I thought I wouldn’t like Northern Boulevard, but it had a big bus lane that I used as a bike lane.
