I finally made an upgrade my Ozark Trail Explorer G1with a new stem! Of course you know I had to represent with a BMX stem so I got a Insight 45mm 31.8 stem. I decided to do a quick unboxing and install outside on one of the coldest days lol.
One thing I forgot to do was get spacers just incase the size of the old stem and new stem were different. And guess what? I needed some spacers so I took a ride to the bike store to finish the install. After that I rode the bike to the MTB trails and really felt a difference there. Overall, the stem made a huge improvement to the bike. I can’t wait to make more upgrades.
