Remo and I checked out this inseam measurement tool that determines what crank arm length you should be using at the Appleman Bicycles booth during Philly Bike Expo. Matt Appleman had some great informative things to say about crank arm lengths and how a lot of people are riding with cranks arms that may be too long. Having crank arms that are too long can affect your pedal stroke, cadence, knees and hips so it’s important to get the right size. We also talk about crank arm length in regards to BMX racing
