I just found out about the Versor 2 MTB sneakers by Fizik and I’m really digging them. The Versor 2 is a lightweight clip-in compatible MTB shoe that also comes in a flat pedal version. But the cool part is you can rock the clip-in Versors as regular kicks too. They’re made to deliver practical comfort with a nimble, race-ready feeling and a secure lace-up fit. And of course that means they’ll be great for BMX!

I’m really liking the style of these kicks. They look unique and I’m digging the way the shoelace eyelids are laid out. The flat pedal model has about half the thickness of the clipless model so I’m curious how the difference of feel is between the two. And the two color offerings are real nice, but I’m really liking the OFF WHITE-ANTHRACITE colorway.

Designed to help riders feel more connected on gravity-fueled MTB laps, meet Versor 2. A lightweight, lace-up Downhill and Enduro shoe, Versor 2 envelopes the foot in a built-in bootie for a pressure-free fit. To keep up with the challenging conditions of Gravity MTB riding and racing, resilient ripstop materials add an extra layer of protection without the excess bulk of traditional MTB shoes—complete with a clip-in compatible Vibram outsole. ~Fizik
