Gotta love a nice Skyway T/A build and this one submitted by Danny Pena is just that! It’s a white Skyway frame and fork with black tuff wheels for a nice contrast. Big shout out to Danny for his submission
Be sure to give it a rating for the Bike Of The Month and Bike Of The Year charts.

I started racing BMX in Nor Cal back in 1983. When the Skyway TA frame and fork dropped in 1983 I was hooked. I dropped over it in BMX Action Magazine. I got my original Skyway in 1984 and built it up for racing. I had lots of success on that bike before selling it in 1987 or so. I really missed the bike. So when the opportunity came 30 years later to get the repop version I went to work. Special thanks to Planet BMX, Anderson’s bike shop (Manteca CA), and Robby’s bike shop (Stockton CA) . I sourced all the parts between the 3 shops. Robby’s did most of my assembly. I’m very happy with how the bike came out as I had put the bike together in my mind 100 times. So seeing it come together was a pleasure. Please follow me on YouTube under #dannypenabmxracing and I am also in the BMXPERTS podcast, also in YouTube. Crazy Al Cayne is my inspiration for my YouTube goals and hope to achieve his level soon. Thanks !!! ~Danny Pena
