APPLE VALLEY, CA – Supercross BMX is proud to announce the next evolution in carbon fiber race technology. The legendary Vision F1 remains the cornerstone of the lineup. It’s the frame that secured a record-breaking 8 USA BMX “Golden Crank” Bike of the Year Awards. But the next evolution of that frame is the all-new Vision F1x which introduces the exotic material science of Formula 1 directly to the BMX track.
The Vision F1: The Golden Standard
Supercross BMX confirms that the Vision F1 is not going anywhere. Constructed using Torayca T1100-KS Nanoalloy Prepreg—the highest tensile strength carbon fiber available in the standard cycling industry—the Vision F1 remains the choice for riders who demand a bombproof, championship-proven chassis. It is the frame that nearly doubled the win count of any other manufacturer in history.
The Vision F1x: The “Power of X”
Building on that legacy, the Vision F1x introduces a level of material engineering previously reserved for elite motorsport. The “x” stands for the Power of X in its DNA.
The Vision F1x utilizes a proprietary blend of Torayca M40X and M46X carbon fibers. These are not standard bicycle materials. These are the same exotic fibers and Nanoalloy™ resin systems supplied to Oracle Red Bull Racing.
Why the F1 Connection Matters (200mph vs. The 8-Meter Hill)
“We wanted to build a frame that was vastly over-engineered for the demands of BMX,” says Bill Ryan, founder of Supercross BMX. “If this material is strong enough for an F1 car to bang wheels and hit walls at 200mph for hours at a time, it is more than capable of handling a 40-second sprint on a BMX track.”

True Monocoque Construction
Both frames share the Supercross signature: True Monocoque Construction. Unlike competitors who use “glued lugs” that create dead spots and interrupt energy flow, the Vision line features a continuous carbon fiber grain from head tube to dropout, ensuring that every watt of power transfers directly to the ground.
