The folks at Cinelli is getting into the mini velo scene with their new Tutto Mini! This was a very unexpected, pleasant surprise. Cinelli is know for their super high end road, gravel and urban bikes but I think this 20in mini velo bike is a first for the brand. But it’s not their first venture into 20 BMX bikes. This may be the reasons why they showed so much love to BMX when talking about the Tutto mini. I love mini velo bikes but a lot of mini velo manufacturers do not or try not to acknowledge the BMX influence to their creations. Like I always say, “Everybody wanna do BMX but don’t wanna BE BMX”. BIG shout out to Cinelli remembering their roots. I can’t wait to get my hands on one and take it to the BMX track.
Born from the wildest branches of our subcultural family tree, it’s an extreme mash-up of everything we love about urban single speed, BMX mischief and gravel freedom—distilled into a compact rocket that turns every street into a playground.
Ready to ride out of the box in BMX single-speed. Switch to fixed gear, add a rear derailleur, or go belt-drive — the adjustable slider dropouts handle all of it. 19 eyelets for bags, racks and cargo. Your build, your rules.
For 2026, the Tutto Mini mutates—literally—into the hypnotic new Mutant Silver. A shimmering fusion of early-days Bootleg black (the bikes you weren’t supposed to race…) and today’s tuned urban silver. It looks alive. It looks fast. It looks like trouble in the best possible way. ~Cinelli
