Today’s Bike Of The Day is a bike I’ve never heard of, It’s a AOT Elev8 24in Expert XL BMX bike! it’s a solid build in a black and grey color scheme. It also has some white and purple parts as a nice offset to the main colors. The bike is built up with some nice BMX racing parts. Big shout out to Austen Lee for submitting this bike!

I came across the AOT Elev8 frames being sold at a very low blowout price and ordered as many as I could. Wasn’t able to find any geometry specs/info so I picked up the last Pro Cruiser and the last Expert XL Cruiser frames. At 5’5”,and 145lbs, I’ve struggled to find a frame that was sized properly and built with a tube set that I wouldn’t flex and could handle the speed and power of a 37yr old that’s been racing for 34yrs. I couldn’t be happier with the way this build turned out. Every component was selected for a reason to get me the most comfortable on a 24” that I ever have been! That’s saying a lot coming from a former Pro racer that even got a podium the first race as a pro in Pro Cruiser (2006 Blackjack National Day 1).~ Austen Lee
