The First Hip Hop Song About Parking Spots

One of the many things I appreciate about Homeboy Sandman is the subject matter in his songs. This joint “Parking Spot” is a great example of this. It’s the first time I’ve ever heard an emcee making a whole song about finding a parking spot. This is what real Hip Hop is about. Rapping about real experiences of all types. There’s so many topics that can be made into creative songs that only Hip Hop can do justice to.

The instrumental is called “Hazelnut” and it’s produced by Rob Araujo. It’s featured on his 2022 instrumental album “DIGILOG I” and I’m loving it! I’m not sure how I missed this release but I’m locked in now.

“Parking Spot” is me rapping over “Hazelnut” by Rob Araujo which is a clue to let you know that Can’t Sell 5 is coming soon. Directed by Art Morera. ~Homeboy Sandman
