Size? and Adidas are on a roll with the collaboration sneaker releases! This latest one is called the BC Trainer and it come two great colorways. The BC Trainer collection dubbed “Summer Holidays.” are Inspired by adidas‘s Meran and Ibiza, two ’70s silhouettes that have yet to see a retro release. Both kicks feature rich colors and niche inspiration.
The two-tone green style is inspired by Meran or Merano which is an alpine town in Italy’s South Tyrol region. The rich main green suede colorway on the upper is offset with dark olive green on the midfoot’s Three Stripe graphic, leather heel piece and laces.
Next is the blue pair that gets its inspiration from the Ibiza, another ’70s sneaker named after the Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea. I love the rich blue suede bases color on this one. Dark navy Three Stripe graphics, heel pieces and laces make a nice offset on the kicks. Both pairs feature gold foil midfoot stamps, tonal tongue tags and black rubber midsoles to complete the look.
I’m not sure when they will be released but when they do they’l be available on the size? webstore. Retail prices have yet to be announced too.
