Today’s Bike Of The Day is a massive 29″ BMX Bike made by Huntington Beach Custom Garage called the Dub Bolt. The top tube on this bike is a super long 27 inches which is perfect for 7 foot tall Hooper Vint. Not only is this bike huge, it also looks sick. Give this bike a rating via the sliders below
I built this bike for my step-son, Hooper Vint. I really wanted to do this because, being a giant among men, Hooper hasn’t been on a bike that truly fits him since he was a kid. He played basketball for UT El Paso so I used the school’s colors and graphics to build a monster 29″ cruiser that a 7ft’er could enjoy. I created all the graphics in Adobe Illustrator and cut the decals with a Cricut Maker. The frame is a custom by Mike Siregar at Huntington Beach Custom Garage. In case you’re wondering, Hooper graduated and started a career in risk management with Hub International. The seat graphics are a mix of the UTEP mascot and the Hub circle logo and it reads “Covering the court/Covering your ass”. I created the artwork and sent it to Mike Siregar at HBCG, who had the seat made.~Aaron Smith
